Warm Application
- Fill the bottle with two-thirds of warm water only. Do not use boiling water.
- Let out excess air before closing the bag with the stopper.
- Thread the stopper into the bottle. Make sure that it is fastened properly. Do not over-tighten.
- Test for any leakages by turning the water bottle upside down and pressing firmly.
- Do not place the bag directly against the skin if warm. Apply a soft cloth or towel to the bag to prevent burns.
Cold Application
- Fill the bottle with cold water and crushed ice.
- Let out excess air before closing the bag with the stopper.
- Thread the stopper into the bottle. Make sure that it is fastened properly. Do not over-tighten.
- Test for any leakages by turning the water bottle upside down and pressing firmly.
General Instructions
- Do not microwave the bag, put it in the oven or place it on the stovetop to heat the bag.
- Do not use water hotter than 120o F /49o C in this bottle.
- Check the bottle and stopper for wear and damage before use. Carefully examine the bag before each use. If it appears damaged, do not use it.
- Keep out of children's reach as parts may pose a choking hazard if put in a child’s mouth.
- Do not place anything on top of the bottle during storage.
